BEROLAH RAGA 30 MENIT/day

Hi all...
bagaimana perjalanan diet sampai detik ini?
Humm..setelah lumayan lama menjalani diet, mulai merasa kalau kadang2 datang rasa jenuh, kadang datang yang namanya "masa semangat2nya".
Terutama semangat olah raga!Kalau lagi males, ugh rasanya beraattzzz banget deh mau senam or sekedar menggerakkan tubuh mengikuti musik, tapi kalau lagi rajin2nya, wuigh maunya gerak terus sampe nafas sesak baru deh berasa, oke saatnya untuk stop!...
kurang tepat sih, yg bagus tuh olah raga rutin 'n stabil, berkurang or kelebihan juga jangan.
Paling engga, seminggu paling sedikit 3 x deh olah raga.

Tips baru mengenai program diet kali ini saya dapat dari seorang teman yg didapat teman saya dari dokter pribadinya :
Berolah ragalah setiap hari selama 30 menit, jangan kurang, jangan lebih, itu adalah cara menjaga stamina yang baik agar tetap sehat dan TIDAK MASUK ANGIN!

"Ngemil" is still Save for dieters

Hai all....

SO..how's ur "Loosing weight" programme so far?is it worked?Hope so...:)

Do u know that 'Ngemils' is still save for dieters?
You still can consume some crackers, biscuits, cheesee cake, blueberry cake, tiramisu, chocolate.
It is ok if you eat 'em smally, in small portion, not eating as if you were not on diet.

Then, what would be happened if we consume it little bit more than many?
Well, now I wanna share about what would I do if I eat more than I should be?

To get my goals to loose weight permanently, I'm doing my diet programme. One of the schedule is not consume some 'grabs', Snack, such as krupuk, cake, coke (even diet coke), etc. But if I run over it, so I would do some exercise hopely it would be burned!

So..."Ngemil" is still save actually for dieters!
This is what I meant :
Saya kan sangat maniak sama yang namanya Coffee (Cappucino actually) and bread or cake (Humm club of fat isn't it?), kalau saya sampai enggak bisa nahan pengen nyemil cakes, roti2an or minum then I'll eat 'em, it meants saya telah melanggar komitmen serta program diet saya sendiri. Imbasnya, saya komit supaya yang saya makan tidak menjadi timbunan lemak, saya harus (remember : it's a MUST!) Olah raga.

So...tips kali ini...
setiap kali keinginan ngemil datang, u may eat more, but it means, u must do some more exercise also...see...isn't it fair?
So...what do u think?
