How to get Healthy

Hi Gals....!
What's Up today?
Well...have u started living healthy?decreasing your weight n loosing several kilograms of fat?
humm...being slimmer is a dream almost of all girls in the world. Ya enggak sih?Ngaku deh!...
Yes, Performance is not the point of life...but
we can not deny that great performance is one of suporting element in our enviroment
Being 'slimmy' isn't a must but being healthy is a must!In the past, Fatness was a picture of healthy, but in this moment, fatness is same with desease, terorist for our healthy....which is could kill us anytime...

So..the important thing is how to get healthy (with less fat)!
1. Eating normally (depends on needed of each body)
2. Work out/exercise min 3 times /week
3. No Smoking
4. No Alcohol
5. Sleeping enough about 5 hours/day
6. Drinking fresh water
7. No Snack/Ngemil/kudapan
7. Praying!(Isn't it belong into exercise?)
